Yesterday while at the store I decided to make some vegetable chicken stew to help give my intestines a good cleaning. So I do this first by tracking a 24-hour period. How much fluids I am currently getting in? Then, more than likely I find I was not getting in enough clear fluids in that day. From there I increase my intake, taking into account any medical limitations.
I eliminate nearly all meats except some shredded chicken breast or some fish, no red meat. It takes red meat 72 hours to digest in your system. So if you are eating it back to back for 3 days it would take your body nearly 9 days to digest completely. Now there maybe some overlapping, so maybe the days wont be quite nine, but on the overlap days you have your body doing twice the work to digest all that red meat. Not good. Ding.
So here is the ingredients, notice I did not say recipe. The reason why is to make it to your own taste. Experiment in a little pot first or just go for a large amount. If it is good you will have it for several days. If bad you can further experiment with the ingredients so you will know what to do next time. Here we go.
Tall nine inch cooking pot. Place all your cut up vegetable in a bowl until ready to put in, and I will let you know when. Here is what you will need: at least six fresh carrots, four leeks, two yellow onions, four to six legs I guess from the celery stalk, 3 chicken breast with or without skin, 4-5 boxes Mrs. Grass with golden ball, 1 bag no yolk shredded noodles, Turmeric seasoning, and Smart Balance with Ertra Virgin Olive Oil.
• First add 16-20 cups of water into pot, turn eye on high.
• Four boxes Mrs. Grass, only use golden ball & seasoning.
• Clean chicken breasts, place into boiling h20 & seasoning.
• Scrap and clean carrots, cut into bit sizes
• Cut off bottom of leeks and the dark green. Rinse in h20.
• Wash & clean celery, cut into bit size.
• Chop up both yellow onions.
Once chicken has cooked & cooled in about 2 hours, remove chicken from pot, shred chicken breast, place back into broth along with vegetable and cook for about 30 minutes. First let it boil three or four minutes, then turn down to medium for the remainder, then turn off.
The stew will now simmer and take on more flavor and the nine inch broiler will keep it hot for several hours while cooling down.
For some finishing touches add some little Cheeze it’s or fishes along with cut up fresh scallions and sprinkle over top.
