Eat Healthy, Exercise Daily, Enjoy Your Body

Daily we have the opportunity to live a better life, live a longer more productive life.  We do this simply by taking routine steps.  The first one is just eat healthy every time you get an opportunity to put something in your mouth.  Learn what benefits the foods you eat will have on your body.  Now you do this by taking the time to read a food label.  See how much fat, carbs, sodium & sugar is in what your about to eat.  Maybe at that time that is your only source for food, but you can make sure next time you go grocery shopping you choose a better choice.  That way when you go to eat you will be automatically be eating healthy foods.

The second thing you can do is find a way to incorporate exercise in your day, whether it is walking your favorite friend, walking to the park, going to the gym, doing some bicep curls for ten minutes, deep breathing for five minutes, it all leads to moving the body.  The body needs good oxygen.  Do yoga, pilate's, run, walk, jump, jump rope, play sports, any sports, do that exercise video you got sitting there, ride your bike.  Just get moving.  It will become easier everyday.

I have had some medical challenges, but that is all they have become, challenges that I have overcome.  The best thing I can say is Eating Healthy, Exercising Daily will get you to the point where you will Enjoy Your Body.
