Today I got in my Fiber One. The reason Fiber One is so important in weight loss is the 28grams of fiber. The Food and Drug Administration recommends getting in 25 to 30 grams of fiber a day. That allows your colon and intestines to get a daily cleansing. In addition to getting in the daily recommended fiber you also get the following in a 1/2 cup serving:
Now I get in a 1 cup serving, so double everything above and that is some of the nutrients I gave my body today. It is like putting proper fuel in a Maserati, Aston Martin or a Lamborghini. Get the message. Your body is like these high end cars, and good fuel is essential.
