My 1st NutriBlast Creation

Today I got creative and made up my own NutriBlast.  I added one large carrot, one large Gala apple, 2 cups of Dole pineapple with a dash of cinnamon and some cubes of ice.  It was delightfully delicious.  The funny part was I made enough for my husband and son.  They at first were reluctant to try my NutriBlast creation.  My son immediately said he was full and my husband stood by the kitchen door saying he was not going to be the first giney pig to try it.  So I decided to just pour enough into a 1/2 cup measuring cup.  They both were pleasantly surprised and both of them asked for seconds.

So any time you can provide something as good as a NutriBlast to your family for their health.  That is a good thing.  We had broccoli at dinner and my son was so impressed with the NutriBlast I created he suggested next time add the broccoli to it.  I said yeah, that sounds good.  So next time I will add another veggie to the NutriBlast.

This is what I call a win win.  The NutriBullet takes hard to eat veggies and fruits and breaks it down, leaving the nutrients for our bodies to absorb.  I think this is a keeper.  And it feels good to know that I am adding good fuel to my body.  Foods that the maker intended for us to eat when he dropped Adam and Eve off in The Garden of Eden.

Center for Disease Control recommends we get in eight to nine fruits and vegetables a day.  This is great way to get started.
