Four Phases of Atkins, Did You Know

I will be starting on Atkins 2.1.10.  I have been doing my due diligence and been reading about the Atkins Program.  I found out that it has four phases: 
  1. Phase One - Introduction, there you can lose up to 15 pounds in two weeks utilizing 20 net carbs a day.
  2. Phase Two - Ongoing Weight Lose -  here you will continue to lose weight at a slower pace while increasing your good carbs.
  3. Phase Three - Pre Maintenence -  you will be within 10 pounds of your goal weight, increasing the amount of good carbs.
  4. Phase Four - Lifetime Maintenance - you have reached your goal and you know what foods to eat to maintain your healthy weight.
