Now that I am about to imbark on my Atkins Journey I had a revelation. Because I have been planning to do this for about a month now, it has given me time to plan. And now that I have time to plan, I also have time to practice. Just like I would practice for a running marathon. I would not just get up one day and say tomorrow I'm going to run a 5k or 26 mile marathon. No, I would start in a head of time as Grand ma has always said. So the great thing about giving yourself ample time to prepare is that you then prepare for success.
Now I have time to practice at planning my meals, testing out my meals, slowly but surely ridding my household of some bad junk I had hanging around the kitchen. So this is to say when you comtemplate losing fat and getting in shape, take time to plan, then practice, then go do your marathon whether it be a physical one or your eating regimen marathon. Either way you have to plan, practice and then do. Hope this helps you on your journey.
