So day three I decided to wing it, not really journal, pretty much was going to eye it in. Well I guess you can imagine what happenen? Yupper Dupper I gained. I thought sneaking in a 12 inch pixy stix and a one ounce bag of flamming hot cheetos over my eggs would not make a difference. Not to mention I did not get in my recommended protein and I noticed nearly half the day I was craving junk. So todays weigh in was 178.6. Yep that was my original weigh in on Monday.
Now I'm not upset or discouraged but this is what happens when you think you can wing it and not stay on the map. Fortunately when you journal and keep track, it keeps you on track. The other thing I learned that I think we all knew I gained it back twice as fast as it took to take it off.
So I will be getting back on the plan and staying the course for the rest of the two week induction period. I am sure I will still come out a winner, but that is a little lesson that I wanted to share with you. Don't get discouraged if you fall, just get back up.
