So yesterday I weighed in, I was 178.6. So today when I weighed I was 177.6. Now I probably wont weigh in everyday, but I did want you to see that day one of Atkins was actually working. So here is what I did. First I journaled everything that I ate including drinking water. I even had a little tiny dum dum sucker.
I am beginning to understand why small meals are more condusive for the digestion. If you want to control the amount of insulin released into your gut you have to slow down the quantity, frequency and type of food you send in. Too much food, in high frequency without proteins, fats, or fiber will lead to you gaining weight.
Having to write down my eating activities helped me to monitor whether I had too much or too little intake.
I did get to the gym and did 35 minutes of walking along with working resistance training on my biceps and triceps. Gotta get the guns ready. And I did add 1/2 green apple. I stayed at the required 20 net carbs. The 20 net carbs is to help jump start my fat burning during the first two weeks.
So I ate my first snack this morning, so now it is time for a meal. Talk to ya lata.
