So day 2 was great. I noticed I did not crave sugar stuff. Plus when I got on the scale this morning I weighed in at 176.7 which is pretty cool. I do have a digital read out scale, which allows me to see to the 10th of a pound weight gain or loss.
Now if you are one of those people that spazes out if the scale goes up, then no I do not recommend weighing yourself everyday. But for me I look at my body as a science project. I want to document all the evidence.
Yesterday I got a lot of my protein from eggs and cheese, so that's all there is to report today.
